I’m taking my medicine regularly

Yes, its true. I don’t forget anymore and I take it regularly which means I can be very puntual and the same thing is possible for toothbrush too if I am considerate enough for that as well. Its one of the good feelings and things.

I’ve caught cold in summer

I went to a bowling place, I ate very very cold icecream and then drank ice-cream coffee, and caught the cold. Its not much serious though, and the summer is making it still easier. I think it will improve over a day or two.

Ummmmmm..

Coincidence

The word windsor used to come into my mind fairly frequently. I used to repeat several times windsor for its feel on my tongue. And today I check the internet for windsor and its the name of two places, one a city in Canada and another a place in England and is also the name of a knot of a tie. I think I made this word up myself by combining wind with sor and it turned out to be not only a real word but the name of very real places. Windsor in canada is infact the automotive capital of Canada. This is another coincidence like the Bob Murley coincidence I wrote about earlier.

I go to gym now

I take many days off but still I go pretty much at least 3 days a week to the gym. Moreover, for the first time in life I have to be careful of what I eat and be in dieting mode. Although still occasionally, I take whatever I see for eating, but still there are points where I am exercising control and restraint over eating, specially over lunch during office days.

Been nice after coffee today
