The rule about religious teachings

What should happen in Islamic preaching is that the people receiving them should be mature enough to appreciate the technical depth, richness and greatness of the teachings they are receiving at the time of receiving them: otherwise there is a chance of those teachings being misused. It is the common misuse of those teachings against economic and social progress that pits muslim societies opposite to development, and potentially (as is) party to/or in aggression.
